Please use the nomination form to nominate a student-athlete to be considered for one of several monetary awards to assist in the student’s higher education expenses. The announcement of recipients is made approximately June 1 of each year. The award is presented after the student shows proof of registration to a higher education institution. The nomination deadline is in April each year.
